At Beyond Flooring we want to differentiate ourselves from the countless other e-commerce offerings who are price-matching sub-standard products.


We understand it can be difficult to ascertain from an image on a screen whether a specific flooring solution is the right colour for the room, or how it looks in certain lights, which is why Beyond Flooring offer a samples service.

Wherever possible we look to offer up to 4 free samples to a single customer. To request samples, simply click on the button within the product page to add them to your basket. Not all samples are available for free, and any over and above the first four will incur a small charge. It will however enable you to compare and contrast different floor types (colours and textures) within the comfort of your own home.

If you are based within the Yorkshire region, we would advise you to request a home visit, where we can bring a selection of larger format samples with us, as well as double checking the accuracy of the room dimensions for you. Beyond Flooring offers a 5-7 Day standard delivery turnaround time (excluding Christmas) on all flooring shipped within the UK. Unfortunately, at times, certain products may have high levels of demand and cannot be supplied within these timescales. In this instance we will attempt to make you aware of this at the point of purchase.

Once we receive your order(s) we will then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We won’t send your order until we have confirmed when you want it so it is important that you give us the correct contact details to facilitate this process. If you have any special delivery requirements or dates that you would like to receive your flooring, then please put them in the order notes. Beyond Flooring deliver to any household or business premises across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). However some non-mainland addresses or rural postcodes may incur an additional charge. We also have a click and collect service available for anyone who wants to pick up their order free of charge within the hours of 9am to 5pm (Mon-Sat). If this option does not automatically come up during the order process, please get in touch and we can amend the order for collection.

Standard shipping charges are FREE for all orders over £750 and will incur a standard delivery charge of £55.00 for all orders below this threshold.

Although we try and ensure that you make the right purchase from the start, we do honour the Consumer Contracts Regulations which ensures you have 14 days to return products. In the unlikely event you change your mind and want to return your products our returns policy is as follows:
