Delivery
Standard shipping charges are FREE for all orders over £850 and will incur a standard delivery charge of £65.00 for all orders below this threshold.
Beyond Flooring offers a 7-Day standard delivery turnaround time on all flooring shipped within the UK. Unfortunately, at times, certain products may have high levels of demand and cannot be supplied within these timescales. In this instance we will attempt to make you aware of this at the point of purchase.
Once we receive your order(s) we will then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We won’t send your order until we have confirmed when you want it so it is important that you give us the correct contact details to facilitate this process. If you have any special delivery requirements or dates that you would like to receive your flooring, then please put them in the order notes. Beyond Flooring deliver to any household or business premises across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), though some non-mainland addresses or rural postcodes may incur an additional surcharge.
Returns
Although we try and ensure that you make the right purchase from the start, we do honour the Consumer Contracts Regulations which ensures you have 14 days to return products. In the unlikely event you change your mind and want to return your products our returns policy is as follows:
- We do not accept cancellations and returns for any bespoke products (i.e. ordered in special products, colour-stained wood, or cut to measure)
- The delivery cost of any returned items are the liability of the customer. We only take complete orders/packs and will not accept part returns
- If products have been dispatched and/or received and you would like to return within 14 days of your order, please get in contact with us and we will take you through the returns process. You will not be refunded for any delivery costs incurred
- All returned good remain the responsibility of customers until we sign them back in at our Leeds showroom. Any damaged stock will not be refunded as they are no longer suitable for resale
Click and Collect
We also have a click and collect service available for anyone who wants to pick up their order free of charge within the hours of 9am to 5pm (Mon-Sat). If this option does not automatically come up during the order process please get in touch and we can amend the order for collection.
