Thanks to its highly stable HDF core, Urban Design is extremely durable and resilient. It has a high impact resistance and responds much better to mechanical pressure loads than other engineered wood flooring with a standard spruce core.
Each colourway design brings with it the natural beauty of wood, with intricate grain details and unique characteristics of Oak. There is a design to suit both contemporary and rustic interiors alike. As well as bringing ultimate style, every Urban Design product gives you an exceptionally high performance and quality.
In contrast to standard spruce base boards, Urban Design has very few air pockets in the high-density HDF core. As a result, the heat from underfloor heating reaches the living space quickly and with less heat loss. The net weight of each plank, also ensures high sound proofing properties. The larger the mass, the fewer the vibrations, the quieter the room.
The innovative locking systems ensure easy installation, a maximum-precision fit and permanent joint locks.
Each plank is lightly brushed and texture and then protected with a natural oil or lacquered layer.
